Design and execute user research, including but not limited to interviews, questionnaires, public opinion monitoring, online communities, etc., to collect first-hand user data.
Analyze data, identify pain points, needs from user behavior and facts, and translate them into insights for AI product design.
Project scope ranging from U&A, opportunity insights, user experience review, to case analysis, etc.
Cross-team collaboration (collaboration with operations, product, and HQ User Research).
Job Requirements
1-3 years or more of experience in User Research/Product-related fields
Master diverse research methods, including but not limited to qualitative research (interviews), quantitative research (questionnaires, data analysis), and public opinion monitoring, and is adept at using new AI tools to improve efficiency of research and analysis.
