About The Role
- The AI Projects Implementation Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI-focused programs and projects across Rise Networks’ initiatives.
- The role requires strong project implementation skills, stakeholder coordination, and an understanding of AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies within development contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation of AI and digital innovation projects
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Work with internal teams, facilitators, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress and prepare implementation reports
- Support logistics, scheduling, and documentation for AI training programs, workshops, and events
- Assist in monitoring and evaluation of project outcomes
- Ensure projects align with Rise Networks’ values of ethical AI, inclusion, and impact
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong interest or background in AI, technology, innovation, or digital development
- 2–4 years experience in project coordination or implementation [NGO, tech, or development sector preferred]
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project tracking tools, and documentation
Added Advantage:
- Experience working on tech-for-development, AI, or digital skills projects
- Familiarity with AI ethics, policy, or innovation ecosystems
- Experience supporting trainings, bootcamps, or multi-stakeholder programs.
