Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective clients across relevant industries
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Understand client training and workforce development needs
Recommend and position appropriate technical training solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver client-focused programs
Develop proposals and presentations for corporate engagements
Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities
Requirements
Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, client engagement, or consulting within a service-driven environment
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
