Job Description

• The entity is a diversified group with strategic interest s in multiple growth sectors namely; banking, insurance , leasing, healthcare and education.


• It intends to invest in agribusiness and hospitality. In the short term , it seeks to scale up its constituent businesses with skilled leadership and investment.


• A dynamic and experienced Managing Director who shall provide excellent leadership for the formulation and execution of growth strategies for the subsidiaries.


• The role is critical to identifying and exploring investment opportunities to expand the portfolio of the Group. The successful person shall be responsible to the Group CEO.

Requirements

• A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent


• Possession of MBA as an added advantage


• Professional certification( ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent


• Proven active engagement in a similar organization


• A minimum of 8 years in mid- and senior level management position


• A strong analytical background and proven experience in strategy formulation and implementation


• Exceptional written and communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement


• 35- 47 years
