Responsibilities

• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and speed limits to transport goods.


• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to check oil, fuel, and mechanical systems, reporting any issues for maintenance.


• Oversee or assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring cargo is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.


• Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and waybill manifests.


• Plan efficient routes, accounting for traffic and mandatory rest breaks.


• Update the management and customers on delivery statuses and potential delays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSC qualification


• Minimum of ten years work experience in similar capacity


• Ability to drive trucks or buses
