Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving patients’ overall quality of life.
- This role requires a proactive professional who is passionate about rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term patient care, and who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Administer physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Provide rehabilitation support for post-operative, neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
- Educate patients and their families on home care exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent) with 1–3 years relevant clinical experience (hospital experience is an added advantage)
- Valid practicing license
- Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize workload effectively
- High level of professionalism and empathy
