Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and support management with day-to-day administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and records

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally

  • Draft letters, reports, and other official documents

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations

  • Receive visitors and provide necessary assistance

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned



Required Qualifications




  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • High level of professionalism and integrity

  • Strong attention to detail



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Professional certification in secretarial or administrative studies

  • Experience working in a corporate or structured office environment

  • Familiarity with office management tools and equipment

  • Basic knowledge of record-keeping and documentation
