Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to support the delivery of high-quality branding and print projects. This role is execution-focused and requires translating client briefs into practical, production-ready designs while maintaining strong creative standards.
- The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, accuracy in design outputs, and alignment with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop brand identities, logo systems, and a wide range of print materials including flyers, banners, brochures, packaging, business cards, signage, and vehicle branding. Ensure all artworks are print-ready with correct setup such as bleeds, margins, color modes, and resolution. Handle merchandising and environmental branding designs, while troubleshooting artwork issues that may affect production or finishing.
- Support the Creative Director in executing concepts and maintaining quality standards. Interpret client briefs into clear, practical design outputs and revise designs based on feedback.
- Work closely with the Production/Printing team to ensure design feasibility and collaborate with Sales and Client Service teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Maintain strong attention to detail tob reduce errors and reprints, and follow established workflows while contributing to process improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design or a similar role, preferably within a printing, branding, or production-driven environment. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, CMYK/RGB color management, and large-format printing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A practical and solution-driven mindset is essential.
