Plans programs, appointments and logistics of the MD/CEO
Managing meetings, programs and setting agenda for the EXCO
With HR, plan and conduct new employee orientation and all on-boarding activities
Archiving and effective retrieval of sensitive documents

They coordinate travel, prepare documents, conduct research, and manage communications to ensure executive productivity and operational efficiency
Qualifications
HND / B.Sc / B.A in Office Technology and Management, Secretarial Studies, Library Science or any similar course
Requirements:
Candidate must have worked or is currently working in a reputable company as an experienced Secretary
5-12 years in a similar position.
