Job Summary

• The Surveillance Officer is responsible for monitoring and protecting company assets, staff, and customers through effective use of surveillance systems and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment continuously


• Identify and report suspicious activities or security breaches


• Maintain logs of daily surveillance activities and incidents


• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report faults


• Assist in investigations by reviewing recorded footage when required


• Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies


• Enforce safety and security policies within the premises


• Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with security standards

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification


• Prior experience in security or surveillance is an added advantage


• Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring tools


• Strong attention to detail and observation skills


• Ability to remain alert and focused for long periods


• Good reporting and communication skills


• High level of integrity and professionalism
