Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in construction project execution.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.


• Experience in high-rise building construction is highly desirable and will be given strong preference.*

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on site


• Interpret and execute engineering drawings, designs, and specifications


• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site


• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports


• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise


• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout project execution


• Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently


• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects


• Demonstrable experience working on high-rise building projects is most desirable*


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations


• Proficiency in engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


• Strong leadership and communication abilities


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Professional certification (e.g., COREN membership) is an added advantage.
