Job Summary / Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Officer to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role involves inspecting and recording incoming items, organizing stock in designated locations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Officer will monitor stock levels through regular counts, prepare and dispatch orders promptly, and ensure all documentation such as GRNs, waybills, and stock records are properly maintained.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse, and coordinate effectively with procurement, logistics, and other departments to support smooth operations. The role also requires identifying and reporting discrepancies, damages, or shortages, while ensuring overall accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in warehouse activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 


• 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management 


• Good knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse practices 


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 


• Strong organizational and time management skills 


• Attention to detail and accuracy 


• Good communication and teamwork skills 


• Experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage  


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
