Job Summary:
- The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s healthcare and hygiene products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role involves building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, expanding customer coverage, and achieving sales targets within assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and detail the company’s products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand product market share within the territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Organize and participate in medical presentations, seminars, and product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide accurate product information, including benefits, usage, and potential side effects.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company ethical standards.
- Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or any related life science field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in hygiene products, medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene products and the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid driver’s license.
