- We are seeking a result-driven Sales Executive responsible for converting leads into paying clients through effective in-house sales strategies.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to close deals and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert assigned leads into successful sales.
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and other in-house channels.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Meet and exceed the minimum monthly sales target.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead conversion.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
Work Structure
- Fully in-house role (No outdoor marketing required)
- Structured work schedule (Monday to Friday).
Compensation
- Basic Salary: N150,000 monthly.
- Commission: Performance-based
- Monthly Target: Minimum of 5 successful sales
