Job Summary




  • We are seeking a result-driven Sales Executive responsible for converting leads into paying clients through effective in-house sales strategies.

  • The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to close deals and consistently meet monthly sales targets.



Key Responsibilities




  • Convert assigned leads into successful sales.

  • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and other in-house channels.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.

  • Meet and exceed the minimum monthly sales target.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead conversion.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Good understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.



Work Structure




  • Fully in-house role (No outdoor marketing required)

  • Structured work schedule (Monday to Friday).



Compensation




  • Basic Salary: N150,000 monthly.

  • Commission: Performance-based

  • Monthly Target: Minimum of 5 successful sales



Note: Performance is directly tied to the basic salary and overall earnings.
