Role Overview
- We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales, build strong client relationships, and grow revenue across our API and enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close B2B sales opportunities for TopupBox’s API and enterprise solutions.
- Develop and follow through on plans to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Manage a clear and organized sales pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion of leads.
- Engage prospects and clients through meetings, calls, and presentations, explaining our products and services clearly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the product and technical teams to ensure client needs are well understood and solutions are properly implemented.
- Share feedback from clients and the market to help improve products and services.
- Track sales activities, performance, and market trends, and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, telecommunications, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience selling API-based or enterprise solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle sales processes from lead generation to closing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
