Job Summary




  • We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, attend to visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times.



Key Responsibilities




  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.

  • Direct clients and visitors to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.

  • Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination.

  • Receive and sort incoming documents and deliveries.

  • Maintain records of visitors and logs where necessary.

  • Provide basic information about company services / products.

  • Support administrative tasks as assigned.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good appearance and professional demeanor.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
