Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Female Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for the organization.
- The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, attend to visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Direct clients and visitors to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Receive and sort incoming documents and deliveries.
- Maintain records of visitors and logs where necessary.
- Provide basic information about company services / products.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good appearance and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
