Job Description
- We’re building Africa’s protein infrastructure - financing farmers, aggregating supply, and distributing chicken & fish at scale. We’re hiring a Head of Commercial Strategy & Operations to support the CEO, build our commercial engine and drive execution across the business.
What You’ll Own
- Drive consistent sales of chicken & fish across key markets
- Build and manage relationships with bulk buyers (distributors, QSRs, processors)
- Own pricing, margins, and revenue growth
- Align supply (farms) with demand (buyers)
- Improve cash cycles and collections
- Build a structured commercial pipeline (systems, dashboards, reporting)
CEO Partnership
You will work directly with the CEO to:
- Translate strategy into execution across teams
- Drive alignment between commercial, operations, and finance
- Track key metrics and enforce accountability
- Identify bottlenecks and solve cross-functional problems
Who This Is For
- 5–10+ years in commercial, strategy, or operations roles preferably in similar field
- Strong track record of owning revenue or business outcomes
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Builder mindset. You create structure where none exists
