Job Summary

• The Quality Control Officer is responsible for ensuring that all products and project installations meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.


• This role covers supervision of woodwork production (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture), site installations, and finishing works to ensure consistency, durability, and premium finishing across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on all woodwork, including:
  
  
  
  • Kitchen cabinets
  
  
  • Wardrobes
  
  
  • TV units and wall cladding
  
  
  • Furniture and customized woodwork
  
  
  
  


• Monitor site installations to ensure:
  
  
  
  • Accurate measurements and proper alignment
  
  
  • High-quality finishing
  
  
  • Compliance with approved designs and technical drawings
  
  
  
  


• Identify defects, errors, or inconsistencies and ensure immediate corrective actions


• Collaborate closely with:
  
  
  
  • Production team
  
  
  • Designers
  
  
  • Site supervisors
  
  
  • Installation teams
  
  
  
  


• Ensure all materials (wood, fittings, accessories, etc.) meet required quality standards


• Approve finished products before delivery or installation


• Maintain detailed quality control reports and documentation for each project


• Ensure all work aligns with company standards and client specifications


• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Control within:
  
  
  
  • Woodwork / Carpentry
  
  
  • Interior design / finishing
  
  
  • Construction or furniture manufacturing
  
  
  
  


• Strong knowledge of:
  
  
  
  • Kitchen and wardrobe production processes
  
  
  • Finishing techniques and material standards
  
  
  
  


• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills


• Ability to read and interpret design and technical drawings


• Good communication and team coordination skills


• Ability to work both on-site and in factory environments.
