Responsibilties

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients


• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication


• Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints


• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations


• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for service improvement


• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to meet client expectations


• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services


• Prepare client reports, updates, and performance reviews


• Ensure timely delivery of products or services according to client agreements


• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
