Role Overview
- The role focuses on market development, brand positioning, dealer engagement and driving business growth across industrial segments. It requires extensive field travel, strong industry networking and hands-on execution of regional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute region-specific industrial marketing strategies
- Build, manage and grow key accounts and dealer networks
- Plan and execute product launches, dealer meets, exhibitions and trade fairs
- Conduct competitive market analysis and identify new business opportunities
- Support sales teams with product demonstrations, marketing tools and benchmark studies
- Track ROI of marketing initiatives and prepare performance dashboards
- Execute digital marketing initiatives and gather customer and market feedback
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align branding and business objectives
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing
- Strong industry connections within Cement, Steel, Power and Mining sectors
- Proven experience in product branding, channel development and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication, planning and execution capabilities
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MBA or certification in Marketing/Business Development
