The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence for solar and energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and partners
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Promote solar products and energy solutions to potential clients
Support contract negotiation and closing deals
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project delivery
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
4–7 years’ experience in business development or sales (energy / technical sector preferred)
