- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in animal production, with practical knowledge of breeder farm and hatchery operations, alongside excellent administrative and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Management.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and monitor activities across breeder farm and hatchery operations.
- Prepare reports, memos, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Track operational performance and assist in reporting key farm and hatchery metrics.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of operational and administrative activities.
- Support decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating field and office staff where necessary.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a breeder farm or hatchery environment.
- Strong knowledge of breeder farm and hatchery operations.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
