Position Overview




  • We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and result-driven Operations Manager who can translate company goals into daily execution, ensure smooth operations, and drive overall business performance.

  • This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can enforce systems, accountability, and operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily business and site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

  • Develop and implement operational systems, processes, and policies

  • Coordinate across departments (Marketing, Sales, HR, Admin, etc) to ensure smooth workflow

  • Track and enforce KPIs, targets, and performance metrics across teams

  • Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions

  • Ensure timely execution of projects, site inspections, and client engagements

  • Supervise team leads and ensure accountability at all levels

  • Manage resource allocation and operational planning

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports

  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and brand standards



Experience & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience, with at least 2–3 years in operations management

  • Experience in:  Real estate (strong advantage) and Banking, logistics, or structured organizations

  • Proven ability to manage teams, processes, and performance metrics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in reporting, operations tracking, and performance monitoring



Key Requirements:




  • Minimum age: 30 years

  • Male (preferred for gender balance)

  • Must be based in or willing to work in Port Harcourt

  • Ready to resume immediately

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
