Responsibilities




  • Devise strategies to generate sales and meet set target.

  • Source and manage agents/realtors

  • Serve as the primary liaison between agents and management.

  • Provide necessary resources, documents or updates to agents.

  • Resolve conflict or challenges raised by agents or clients.

  • Ensure agents are well informed about current company goals, campaigns, or changes.

  • Organize regular check-ins, briefings, or meetings with agents.

  • Manage client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Track sales progress, client feedback, and maintain organized records.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
