The Fulfilment Officer is responsible for processing, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective coordination with logistics and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify daily customer orders from the system
Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
Ensure accuracy of order items, quantities, and packaging
Perform neat and presentable gift wrapping where required
Coordinate with logistics partners and riders for timely delivery
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fulfilment area
Track and update order status in the system
Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policy
Support customer service in resolving order-related issues
Prepare daily and weekly fulfilment reports
Requirements
Previous experience in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory systems)
