Key Requirements
- Minimum age: 30 years
- Male (preferred for gender balance)
- Must be based in or willing to work in Port Harcourt
- Ready to resume immediately
- Strong passion for marketing and real estate
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams
- Deep understanding of targets, KPIs, and commission-based structures
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years marketing experience
- Prior experience in:
- Banking sector
- Insurance marketing
- Real estate (added advantage)
- Strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive property sales and brand visibility
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketers and sales executives
- Set clear targets and performance benchmarks for the team
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Coach and mentor team members into top-performing marketers
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and client relationships
- Oversee lead generation, conversion, and closing processes
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for competitive advantage
- Ensure strict adherence to company brand and marketing standards
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
