Job Summary
- The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, materials, and products to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- The role involves planning deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating transportation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Arrange shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery or transportation issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery documentation, and reports.
- Monitor inventory movement and support stock control activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
- Manage fleet operations, vehicle utilization, and maintenance schedules (if applicable).
- Handle customs documentation and clearance processes where necessary.
- Prepare logistics performance reports and analyze operational data.
- Support procurement and supply chain activities when required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of logistics procedures, inventory management, and distribution systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
