Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue, volume, and margin targets
- Drive household, Enterprise, and retail LPG sales growth
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with HQ strategy
- Identify new business and growth opportunities
- Provide leadership oversight for dealers and depot operations
- Ensure uninterrupted LPG supply and efficient distribution
- Enforce SOPs for refilling, cylinder handling, safety, and customer service
- Monitor KPIs: sales volumes, losses, downtime, and service quality
- Serve as the senior regional interface with regulators and community leaders
- Lead and develop regional management and field teams
- Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews
- Identify, in consultation with HR, training needs for operations, safety, and customer service and acquisition.

Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or master’s degree (an advantage)
- 8–12 years total experience in sales, commercial, or distribution roles
- Minimum 4–6 years in a leadership role managing regional or multi-location sales teams
- Proven experience in one or more of the following sectors:
- LPG / downstream oil & gas
- FMCG distribution, telecom, Banking
- Logistics / last-mile delivery
- Demonstrated track record of:
- Driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Building and managing dealer/distributor networks
- Executing go-to-market strategies at a regional scale
