The incumbent is responsible for driving room sales, securing corporate bookings, developing client relationships, and increasing overall revenue for the business. The candidate must have strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in hospitality sales.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, travel, and event markets
Generate room bookings, conference bookings, and long-stay reservations
Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports
Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Drive room sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Source and secure new corporate clients and long-stay guests
Develop partnerships with travel agencies, relocation firms, and event planners
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
Manage and grow existing corporate accounts
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent guest experience

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality sales (serviced apartment or hotel experience preferred)
