Role Overview




  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growth and expand our client base.

  • This role is responsible for driving revenue increases across the SME and corporate lending solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will excel at building high-performing teams, strengthening key relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional client service.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the SME and corporate markets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and corporate clients.

  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and promptly resolve client issues.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

  • Utilize data and insights to improve sales strategies and outcomes.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, particularly with SME and corporate clients.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. -

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
