We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our growth and expand our client base.
This role is responsible for driving revenue increases across the SME and corporate lending solutions.
The ideal candidate will excel at building high-performing teams, strengthening key relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the SME and corporate markets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and corporate clients.
Serve as the primary contact for key accounts and promptly resolve client issues.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Utilize data and insights to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services industry, particularly with SME and corporate clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills. -
