Scope of Services / Responsibilities: Assist the chef/cook in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients).
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas at all times.
Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment promptly after use.
Support in serving meals where required.
Ensure proper storage of food items in line with hygiene standards.
Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.
Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain sanitation standards.
Report any damages, shortages, or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.
