Governance & Methodology: Accountable for implementing and upholding robust PMO governance and project management frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and maintain quality standards across all projects.
Operational Efficiency: Responsible for driving operational efficiency and business process improvement by leading cross-organizational initiatives and optimizing resource allocation.
Product Lifecycle Management: Accountable for the end-to-end management of critical user journeys and product releases, from requirement elicitation and sprint planning to successful deployment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Responsible for fostering and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to ensure alignment, collaboration, and clear communication throughout all project phases.
Team Leadership & Development: Accountable for managing and mentoring high-performance project teams, implementing value improvement programs, and ensuring the delivery of value assurance initiatives.
