We are a reputable hospitality solutions providers,providing hospitality establishment with with unique and qualitative hospitality support services for their guest and customers exemplar hospitality experience.
Our client a new entrant in the hotel hotel business,with it's new ultra modern hotel to be open soon requires the services of an experience Front Desk Manager whom should have passed through the cadre from Front Desk Officer,Front Desk Supervisor and Front Desk Manager in their previous employment to be responsible for:
- Train, cross train and retrain all front office staff and manage working relationship and communicate with all departments.
- Shall be responsible for the training of the front office staff as outlined in the front office procedure
- Conduct regularly scheduled meeting of front office staff check cashiers in and out and verify all deposits at each shift
- Ensure guest satisfaction and overall efficiency of the front office operations
- Verify accurate room status information and resolve guest problems efficiently and courteously
- Comply with legal requirement on lodging property and manage guest expectation
- Supervising and guiding the front office team and coordinating the team work schedule
- Ensure that front office personnel, properly completes all from office duties
- Directs and conducts the activities of the front office reservation and guest services
- Inspect the all vacant clean room by housekeeping department to be sure that the room meet up with the hotel standard.
- Prepares monthly reports and budget for the front office operations
- Ideal candidate must be computer literate.
