Job Summary
- The Dispatch & Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and dispatch activities to ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery of goods.
- The role focuses on operational efficiency, team supervision, logistics coordination, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations:
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization and space utilization.
- Maintain efficient workflow and operational productivity.
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Dispatch Management:
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve delivery issues.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
- Monitor stock movement and prevent losses or damages.
- Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise warehouse and dispatch staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Provide training on operational procedures and safety standards.
- Promote teamwork and maintain workplace discipline.
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Enforce safe material handling practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track delivery performance and warehouse KPIs.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
- Recommend process improvements and cost optimization strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Experience in logistics, manufacturing, automobile, or distribution industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
