Key Responsibilities




  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.

  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

  • Assist in monitoring staff performance and compliance with company policies.

  • Support logistics, inventory tracking, and resource allocation.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

  • Handle basic client or vendor inquiries and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards.



Requirements




  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc Degree in any related field.

  • 1–2 years experience in an operations or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

  • Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate.
