Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions (income and expenses)
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist in preparing financial reports (weekly/monthly)
- Monitor cash flow and report any issues
- Work with other departments on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
KPIs (Performance Measurement)
- Accuracy of financial records
- Timeliness of reports
- Proper documentation of transactions
- Error rate in financial entries
- Compliance with financial procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2years experience in accounting or similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills.
