Job Summary





  • The Account Officer is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, keeping accurate records, and supporting the finance department to ensure proper financial management of the company.





Key Responsibilities




  • Record daily financial transactions (income and expenses)

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

  • Handle invoices, receipts, and payments

  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts

  • Assist in preparing financial reports (weekly/monthly)

  • Monitor cash flow and report any issues

  • Work with other departments on financial matters

  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies.



KPIs (Performance Measurement)




  • Accuracy of financial records

  • Timeliness of reports

  • Proper documentation of transactions

  • Error rate in financial entries

  • Compliance with financial procedures.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1–2years experience in accounting or similar role

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good organizational skills.
