Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop video content ideas aligned with brand goals and campaigns


• Shoot high-quality videos using mobile devices or professional cameras


• Edit videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)


• Create short-form and long-form video content


• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products/services


• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency (tone, style, messaging)


• Add subtitles, effects, transitions, and sound to enhance engagement


• Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights


• Stay updated on social media trends and viral content formats

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)


• 3 years experience in video content creation or similar role


• Strong portfolio of previous video work (very important)

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)


• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and video composition


• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills


• Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Experience in product marketing or brand storytelling


• Ability to appear on camera (for reels or explainer videos)


• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)


• Photography skills.
