Job Summary




  • As the Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the frontline representative of the brand, ensuring excellent customer experience by managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently.



Responsibilities




  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels

  • Process and confirm customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Maintain customer records and order logs

  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service (hospitality preferred)
