Job Summary




  • We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Associate Manager, Business Development to lead revenue growth initiatives, drive client acquisition, and strengthen the company’s market presence.

  • This role requires a strong blend of leadership, sales expertise, and strategic thinking.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute business development strategies, manage key client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development Strategy:




  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives

  • Identify new market opportunities, target industries, and revenue streams

  • Drive initiatives to expand client base and market reach

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities



Revenue Generation & Growth:




  • Own and drive revenue targets across business units

  • Build and manage a strong, high-value sales pipeline

  • Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and contract closures

  • Ensure consistent revenue growth from new and existing clients



Sales Leadership & Team Management:




  • Supervise and support Field Sales & Marketing Executives

  • Set clear sales targets and expectations

  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

  • Track team performance and ensure accountability



Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Lead client engagements, presentations, and proposals

  • Ensure excellent client experience and retention

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities



Partnerships & Market Expansion:




  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships

  • Explore new channels for client acquisition and brand visibility

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms



Reporting & Performance Tracking:




  • Provide regular reports on revenue, pipeline, and forecasts

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas

  • Maintain accurate business development records

  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 6–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or similar role

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets

  • Experience leading or managing a sales team

  • Strong B2B sales and client relationship management experience
