Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition:




  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales activities and networking.

  • -Prospect and engage potential clients across target industries.

  • -Convert leads into paying clients using effective sales strategies.

  • ⁠Deliver compelling presentations and pitch company services to prospective clients.



Revenue Growth:




  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Ensure consistent revenue generation from new and existing clients.

  • Follow up on leads to drive conversions and close deals.



Market Engagement & Brand Visibility:




  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms

  • Execute on-ground marketing campaigns to promote company services

  • Gather and provide insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs

  • Contribute ideas to improve service offerings and market positioning



Client Relationship Management:




  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service. delivery.

  • ⁠Identify opportunities for upselling and client retention.



Collaboration & Reporting:




  • Work closely with the Business Development team to align strategies

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

  • ⁠Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution



Requirements &Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field experience preferred)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • ⁠Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage
