Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Officer to manage end-to-end procurement and international logistics operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global shipping processes, documentation, compliance, and inventory coordination—particularly for regulated or high-value equipment.



Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination:




  • Support procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase order management

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing

  • Coordinate with internal teams on demand planning and material requirements



International Logistics Management:




  • Manage international logistics from origin to delivery site, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP arrangements

  • Coordinate sea freight, air freight, and special cargo handling requirements

  • Work closely with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth operations

  • Oversee import processes including documentation, duty waivers/exemptions (where applicable), and timely customs clearance



Warehousing & Inventory Control:




  • Oversee site delivery, warehousing, and material handling processes

  • Coordinate inventory management and material release to project teams

  • Ensure accurate stock records and proper storage conditions



Compliance, Documentation & Controls:




  • Maintain complete procurement and logistics documentation, including:

    RFQs, bids, evaluations, purchase orders, bills of lading (BLs), air waybills (AWBs), packing lists, and invoices

  • Ensure full compliance with project procurement policies, audit requirements, and regulatory/customs frameworks

  • Ensure packaging, handling, and transportation meet OEM and healthcare equipment standards

  • Support internal and external audits with accurate, traceable documentation



Requirements




  • Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, and international logistics

  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP)

  • Hands-on experience with freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export documentation

  • Familiarity with handling specialized or sensitive equipment (e.g., healthcare or technical equipment)

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain/ERP systems

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, APICS)

  • Experience working on large-scale projects or in regulated environments.
