Job Summary



We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Associate Manager, Business Development to lead revenue growth initiatives, drive client acquisition, and strengthen the company’s market presence.



This role requires a strong blend of leadership, sales expertise, and strategic thinking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities



Business Development Strategy




  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives

  • ⁠Identify new market opportunities, target industries, and revenue streams

  • ⁠Drive initiatives that expand the company’s client base and market reach

  • ⁠Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions



Revenue Generation & Growth




  • Own and drive revenue targets across business units

  • ⁠Build and manage a strong, high-value sales pipeline

  • ⁠Lead deal structuring, negotiations, and contract closures

  • ⁠Ensure consistent revenue growth from both new and existing clients



Sales Leadership & Team Management




  • Supervise and support Field Sales & Marketing Executives (and other sales team members)

  • ⁠Set clear sales targets and performance expectations

  • ⁠Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

  • ⁠Track team performance and drive accountability



Client Acquisition & Relationship Management




  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • ⁠Lead high-level client engagements, presentations, and proposals

  • ⁠Ensure excellent client experience and long-term retention

  • ⁠Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services



Partnerships & Market Expansion




  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive business growth

  • ⁠Explore new channels for client acquisition and brand visibility

  • ⁠Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms



Reporting & Performance Tracking




  • Provide regular reports on revenue performance, pipeline, and forecasts

  • ⁠Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas

  • ⁠Maintain accurate records of business development activities

  • ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • ⁠6–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

  • ⁠Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets

  • ⁠Experience managing or leading a sales team

  • ⁠Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management

Compensation & Benefits
