About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of brand and commerce, working closely with the E-commerce team to:
- Drive qualified traffic to our website
- Improve conversion rates
- Increase in-store foot traffic
- Deliver strong ROI on marketing spend
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Optimise budgets for ROAS, CPA, and profitability
- Test creatives, audiences, and messaging for performance improvement
SEO & Content Discoverability
- Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategy
- Optimise website content, product pages, and landing pages
- Monitor performance and implement improvements
Email Marketing & CRM
- Build segmented campaigns to drive retention and repeat purchases
- Develop automated customer journeys (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement)
- Grow and maintain a high-quality customer database
E-commerce Collaboration
- Align marketing efforts with e-commerce goals and campaigns
- Support landing page optimisation and conversion strategies
- Share insights to improve customer journey and performance
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report performance across all channels
- Translate data into actionable business insights
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in digital/performance marketing (retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Solid understanding of SEO and website optimisation
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Brevo)
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
