Role Overview
The Client Service Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Micdee Design Limited and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, project satisfaction, and long-term relationship management. The ideal candidate will combine strong client service expertise with a solid technical background in architecture, civil engineering, or building construction to effectively understand and manage client expectations across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions from project initiation to completion
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Translate client requirements into clear project briefs for internal teams (design, site, and operations)
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and solutions to clients
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Manage client feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with agreed scope, quality, and timelines
- Support the business development team in client acquisition, proposals, and presentations
- Track client satisfaction metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Prepare reports on client interactions, project status, and service performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in client service, project coordination, or relationship management within the construction/design industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design, and project delivery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Professional certifications or memberships (e.g., NIA, NSE, CORBON) are an added advantage
