• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Managements or a related field, with 2–5 years of HSE experience in logistics, downstream oil and gas operations. Relevant HSE training is an advantage.


• Experience in fleet management or logistics operations.


•  The candidate must demonstrate strong knowledge of road transport safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment, journey management with the ability to conduct incident investigations and enforce safety compliance across logistics operations.


•  Excellent communication, ability to conduct HSE training, reporting, and documentation skills are essential, as well as attention to detail, strong observational ability, and the capacity to influence safe behavior.


•  Ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards is critical.
