- As an HR Officer, you will support the implementation of talent management and compensation & benefits initiatives across the organization.
- You will work closely with business leaders, employees, and the HR team to drive performance management, employee engagement, reward processes, and data-driven HR decisions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
- Assist in talent development initiatives such as succession planning, learning programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Administer compensation and benefits processes including payroll support, benefits coordination, and salary benchmarking.
- Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Support job evaluation, grading, and compensation structure reviews.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Required Experience / Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of a 2nd Class Degree) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (CIPM certification will be an added advantage).
- 2 – 4 years of experience in HR, with exposure to talent management and/or compensation & benefits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
