We are seeking a target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive sales growth, and manage high-performing sales teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies within assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding assigned targets on a consistent basis.
Lead, supervise, and motivate Sales Agents to ensure high productivity and performance.
Manage assigned sales locations/outlets, ensuring strong relationships with partners.
Execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase market penetration.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities and performance metrics.
Provide regular coaching, guidance, and on-the-field support to Sales Agents.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new Sales Agents.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team activities and customer engagement.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
HND / BSc. Degree in related fields.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience as a sales manager, preferably in BNPL industry, Insurance, etc.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of drive, resilience, and result orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
