About the Role

• We are hiring proactive Marketers to drive sales of diverse consumer products including clothing, jewelry, cosmetics, and other fast-moving items across our Lagos Island and Trade Fair locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell a wide range of products: clothing, jewelry, cosmetics, accessories, etc.


• Engage walk-in customers, explain product features/benefits, and close sales to meet daily/weekly targets


• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and build repeat customer relationships


• Maintain product displays and ensure stock is properly arranged and accounted for


• Track sales, give daily reports, and provide market feedback on customer preferences


• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND.


• 1+ years experience in sales, marketing, or retail; experience with fashion/beauty products is a plus


• Strong communication and persuasive skills with good spoken English


• Neat appearance, customer-friendly, and target-driven attitude


• Must be resident in or able to commute easily to Lagos Island or Trade Fair.
