About the Role

• We’re looking for a results-driven Site Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage work plans, schedules, and cashflow forecasts.


• Supervise and motivate site teams for peak performance.


• Enforce QA/QC and HSE compliance; target “Zero Accidents.”


• Manage subcontractors and optimize resource utilization.


• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering.


• COREN or CORBON registration preferred.


•  4–6 years’ experience in civil/building construction projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong grasp of structural principles (concrete & steel).


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, Orion.


• Knowledge of Nigerian building codes & safety regulations.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Innovative, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
