Job Summary

Role Overview:




  • The DSM (Develop Sales Manager) is responsible for new city expansion and store acquisition under the shop model.

  • The core responsibility is to complete the full cycle of city launch, store onboarding, and SA deployment readiness.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new cities within the assigned region

  • Conduct market research (phone markets, commercial hubs, KA stores)

  • Build relationships with local merchants and partners

  • Drive store onboarding and system registration

  • Negotiate cooperation terms with store owners / KA brands

  • Ensure stores meet installment business requirements

  • Ensure stores are ready for SA deployment

  • Coordinate with SM/RM for SA assignment

  • Track first sales performance of new stores

  • Requirements

  • Experience in sales / channel development (POS, fintech, mobile preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of local markets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Willing to travel frequently.
