Job Summary
Role Overview:
- The DSM (Develop Sales Manager) is responsible for new city expansion and store acquisition under the shop model.
- The core responsibility is to complete the full cycle of city launch, store onboarding, and SA deployment readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new cities within the assigned region
- Conduct market research (phone markets, commercial hubs, KA stores)
- Build relationships with local merchants and partners
- Drive store onboarding and system registration
- Negotiate cooperation terms with store owners / KA brands
- Ensure stores meet installment business requirements
- Ensure stores are ready for SA deployment
- Coordinate with SM/RM for SA assignment
- Track first sales performance of new stores
- Requirements
- Experience in sales / channel development (POS, fintech, mobile preferred)
- Strong knowledge of local markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel frequently.
